Undersealing
Dinitrol Undersealing treatment stands as a paramount choice for both Classic and Modern Land Rovers. undersealing process
Cleaning
The vehicle is maticulously cleaned and washed to make sure the process is seamless and the Dinitrol application is effective.
Rust Removal
We start the rust removal process, where we isolate and remove rusted areas (if applicable) which involves needle pointing & wire brushes the affected areas.
Rust Converter
We apply Dinitrol RC800 and Dinitrol RC900 to all corroded areas, this is prior to the vehicle going in for treatment. This step neutralises rust and drives out moisture in the metal.
Mask & Preperation
We mask, and protect your vehicle prior to spraying to prevent any overspray going on the paint work. This also includes the drive train, exhaust, and heat shields.
Application
We apply Dinitrol ML on the inside of the chassis, then apply Dinitrol 4941 for underbody coating, and then apply Dinitrol 445 stonechip protection.
Rebuild & inspection
We rebuild your vehicle, and thoroughly carry out a full inspection to make sure the application has set and is to the quality standard we are happy with.
